Objectives At the end of the course, participants should be able to: Understand and describe theory and concepts of anthropological aspects of community and human nutrition. Recognize methods used in nutritional anthropology studies. Understand and describe the theoretical and methodological assumptions underlying research methodology. Formulate research questions that lend themselves to a qualitative approach. Develop and apply basic study instruments for collection of qualitative data, qualitative data management, preliminary analysis and presentation as applied to community nutrition.
