The SEAMEO TROPMED RCCN library unit is open for the public. It opens from Monday to Friday 08.00 - 16.00 and closes during weekends and public holidays. Anyperson may register for a membership and get opportunity for borrowing literatures.

The library periodically improves its literature collection with up-to-date references. It also provides the following services:
- Book/Journals for room use and book loan.
- Computerized list for articles/book in nutrition.
- Article/book search.
- Photocopy.
- Internet access
